The BTEC Applied Science course is run by Edexcel, a well-respected provider of academic and vocational qualifications in the UK.

To enrol in the Applied Science BTEC course, you’ll need at least a grade 4 in Maths and a 4-4 in Science GCSEs, or a Merit in Level 2 BTEC Science. 

These requirements ensure you have the foundation needed to succeed in the programme.

The Applied Science course is a BTEC Extended Diploma, which is equivalent to three A-Levels.
