How to find Cardinal Newman College

Cardinal Newman College encourages students, staff and visitors to walk, cycle and use public transport as part of a healthy lifestyle. We aim to reduce car use wherever possible to relieve congestion and pressure on car parking whilst benefiting the environment by lowering noise and air pollution. We are actively making efforts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and their adverse effect on global climate change.

The college, whilst situated in the heart of the city centre, boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and provides a convenient and safe environment for students and staff.

On foot

We are only half a mile from the city's bus station and just over a mile and a half from the railway station.

By bicycle

There are a variety of cycle routes into the city and detailed maps/further information can be obtained from:

Preston City Council: 01772 906000
